I received my bachelors degree in computer science in 2006 where my dissertation was on wireless topology control mechanisms in mobile networks. After, I worked for the installer team at Red Hat where I was involved with general storage and the graphical user interface. In 2009 I moved to the IT University of Copenhagen where I focused on streamlining phenological data analysis processes through the use of computer vision, machine learning and data analysis. I was awarded my Ph.D. in computer science in 2013. After graduating I worked with high throughput phenotyping as a postdoc until the end of 2014. In 2015 I was hired in Optivation as a senior optimization specialist and worked for the maritime industry. In October 2020 I started at Samsung Electronics as a software engineer working for its research center in Denmark, this is where I currently work.
